The main essential oils are pine, thyme, rosemary and peppermint, which are among the most aromatic herbs traditionally used to loosen phlegm and relieve cough.
The refreshing and herbal notes in this blend give a 'kick' in the back of one's throat followed by a cooling sensation that temporarily soothes discomfort in breathing.
For steam inhalation: One teaspoon to a bowl of very hot water. 2 or 3 inhalation sessions a day.
For inhalation on-the-go: Sprinkle two to three drops on a handkerchief or tissue followed by inhalation of the oils.
