EV olive oil is high in oleic acid and is a good skin cell regenerator. Olive oil attracts external moisture to the skin. In soap making olive oil is makes a very mild bar. 100% olive oil soaps are mild enough to be used on babies because of its superb moisturizing and conditioning properties.  

The various grades of “virgin” oil can be attributed to the aroma, degree of acidity, and the number of pressings. Extra virgin oil signifies that the oil came from the first pressing of the plant or nut material, virgin is the second pressing and pure olive oil is the third pressing.

This oil may be too heavy in viscosity to be suitable for massage oil; it may be used in small amounts added to blends. Use 5 - 20% in a blend.
