What is the Soap Artisan Customer Rewards Program about?

Accumulate points and redeem them for cash discounts at our online store. 

To participate, you just need to have an account with us and continuously purchase from our online store to accumulate a minimum total of 5000 points. As the total amount of your points accumulate over time, so will your overall discounts.

How do I participate and earn points?

To participate you will need to have an account with us. Once you have created an account, you are automatically qualified to participate.

Every time you purchase items from our online store, you will receive 10 points for each RM1 spent. However, please take note that there are items excluded from point earning.

Excluded items are (but not limited to): 

  • selected carrier oils (for eg. olive oil, grapeseed oil, canola oil, castor oil, palm oil, coconut oil, red palm oil and rice bran oil)
  • soap bases and mica powders
  • all essential oils in 500ml and 1L
  • all carrier oils in 5L
  • selected items under existing sales and promotions

    Can I accumulate points when I purchase from your physical outlets?

    Unfortunately no. These points are only accumulated for online orders with online bank-in payments. 

    Your online orders benefit us as it enables us to reduce storage time and to better optimize storage space of raw materials at our physical outlets. When you pay online, it also cuts down serving time at the store end. These cost savings are then passed to you, the customer. Good for us, and great for you! 

    I am not keen to pay for postage - can I collect my order from your physical outlets?

    Yes, when you place an online order, you can either choose to have the items shipped to you OR to pick them up at any of our outlets at KL, USJ or Melaka. There are no charges for in-store pick ups. For in-store pick ups, one of our staff will notify you either via call or email when all your items are packed and ready for your collection.

    Please allow at least 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon payment for us to prepare your order at the designated pick up point. Sometimes certain items may take longer to arrive at your pick up point as we will need to pull them in from our supplier.

    However, as we will always try to accommodate urgent orders, so do drop us an email or call us if the order is urgent and we will let you know what we can do for you.

    Where can I find more information on my points and this rewards program?

    When you are logged into your account, click on the "Rewards" tab that appears at the bottom of the page. All relevant information regarding your points and latest promotions will be here.  

    What will happen to the previous rewards program?

    The previous program which provides discounts by customer tiers will run concurrently with this program till mid-November 2016, after which we will transition completely to Rewards Program 2.0.
