Green tea extract is naturally rich in antioxidants that can protect skin from the damaging effect of free radicals. This in turn helps to slow down skin aging and promote youthful looking skin. Topical use of creams or lotions with green tea can help to promote the health and quantity of collagen, thereby maintaining a firm and elastic skin.
