Common Uses: Roman chamomile (Anthemis nobilis) has sweeter scent and is considered milder compared to German chamomile. Even in small concentrations, it has a soothing and calming effect.
- Can be used to relieve cramps, spasms and mild shocks. Has good effect on babies and children to calm anxiety, irritability and nervousness.
