Registration is confirmed only upon full payment. We are unable to reserve seats without prior payment.
Deferment: We allow participants to defer attendance ONE time only to a later workshop of their choice should they be unable to attend the workshop they originally signed up for.
Refund: Full cash refund is applicable only for early cancellations (minimum one week prior to workshop). For late or last minute cancellations, participants can either defer their attendance to a later workshop, or convert their workshop fees to purchase items from Soap Artisan in equal value.
Special consideration is given to mothers with young children below 10 years old – if you are one of them, please write in or call us to discuss beforehand. Apart from this, no seat sharing is allowed.
Yes, if you are able to organize at least 10 participants together for a full day workshop and be willing to handle some of the logistics, we’d be happy to discuss how we can run our workshops for you.
Yes, we do. Kindly drop us an email with the following details: number of participants, venue, date and which workshop/s you are interested in. Additionally for corporate or private events, please let us know your budget per pax, event date, and time allocation (eg. Is it a 1 hour or 3 hour function).
