Common Uses: Cypress French essential oil has a host of benefits due to its astringent and deodorising qualities. It cleanses any space with a soft 'Dettol-like' scent. Helps increase circulation, reduces muscular and menstrual cramps. Counteracts feelings of lethargy, emotional turmoil and fear. Its scent has been described as energising and soothing to the nerves at the same time, which can useful for yoga, meditation or reflections on willpower and stability.
- For muscular inflammation and pain: consider blending with pine scotch, juniperberry, cedarwood atlas, clary sage, lavender, marjoram, black pepper
- For respiratory relief and prevention of colds: consider blending with eucalyptus blue gum, rosemary, thyme
- For skin inflammation and prevention of infection: consider blending with geranium, clary sage, eucalyptus blue gum, bergamot, sweet orange and lemon.
- For willpower and self-empowerment: consider blending with cedarwood, sandalwood, lemon or bergamot
