Common Uses: Clary sage has been used to relieve menstrual cramps and menopausal symptoms when blended with creams or carrier oils. Has anti-depressant, calming and aphrodisiac qualities to calm anxiety, increase libido and treat frigidity.

When diffused, clary sage is said to stimulate and balance the root and sacral chakra, promoting emotions of stability, balance and sensual or creative expression.
