A folded essential oil like our orange fivefold essential oil is a fractionated essential oil that has been re-distilled at a low pressure to reduce its terpene content, thus giving it a slightly stronger scent that makes it a high-quality product favoured by the cosmetic industries.

This essential oil may be used to scent liquid soaps and melt and pour soaps. It is however not recommended for cold-process soaps as it is too delicate and the scent will fade quickly in time.
